Our History

The Centre opened in July 1990 as a small service of less than 20 children with 1 educator and operated out of a classroom. Since then our service has grown and developed alongside Warrawee Public School. The school now has over 600 students and the Centre has continued to cater for the growing school community.

Warrawee Care Centre is a community based before school, after school and vacation care centre and is currently licensed for 300 places. The service has a very active and supportive part community who are involved in many aspects of service operation and are valued for their time and commitment. Warrawee Care Centre is situated on land owned by the Department of Education and we can we found on the Infant side of the School. we have our own purpose designed indoor space and have been lucky enough to create a beautiful outdoor environment that we share with the School.
